We are confident that you will love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please reach out to us and let us know.
Given that that soap and our massage oil candles are used on the body, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on soap or massage oil candle purchases.
Given that we are a small (very small) business, we can only offer limited returns or exchanges on our luxury soy candles.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your candle must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it- Have been delivered to you within the last 7 days
Reach out to us at elmcitybotanicals@gmail.com if you have an issues with your order. We can offer you a pre-paid return label, but the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Note on Refunds:
Refunds are not made until the package is safely returned to Elm City Botanicals and the candles are inspected for accuracy and condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanges are possible upon these same conditions. Additional shipping costs are paid by the buyer. (Shipping is expensive !)
